Toilets, Shower Block and Drinking Water

Gents toilets and showers are accessed on the fire bell side of the toilet block.
Ladies toilets and showers are accessed on the sleeping shelter side of the toilet block
There is a unisex toilet on the side of the toilet block (middle door of the 3) which can be used by over 18’s on a weekend or all weekday evening visitors. The code is C2478X. The light is automatic.
Hot showers are available free of charge in the toilet block. The showers operate on a push button and provide 4 minutes of water, if there is an issue with the temperature please let the Warden know.
The time on the showers is accumulative, the more the button is pressed the longer it takes to turn off. Please do not press the button unless having a shower, and then only press it once each time.
If you do find the showers constantly running please inform the Duty Warden so they can reset the system.
Do not use the sinks to do washing up.
Hot water is available within the Gents and Ladies free of charge, this can be put into a washing up bowl to wash up pots and pans if required.
Do not use the sinks or showers to clean muddy boots/clothing.
Please do not allow the toilet block to be vandalised, or graffitied. Any damage caused will be charged for to your group.

The All Hours Toilet by the Collier Hut is available for use at all times in the Summer months, and only when the activity centre or Collier Hut is in use during the Winter months. This is due to the chance of pipes freezing.
If the AHT is closed please use the main toilet block. If the main block is closed the side toilet on the main block can be accessed at all times. The code is C2478X. The light is automatic.
Please do not allow the All Hours Toilet to be vandalised, or graffitied. Any damage caused will be charged for to your group.

Cold water taps are available for filling buckets and/or water containers at the toilet block. These are on the Sleeping Shelter end of the block.
There are two water taps, one by Otter and one by Partridge camping pitches, however these are removed during winter due to freezing.
